Whilst I had to wait to access my flat – due to the van blocking the entrance – I’ve seen people from Flats 1432A Nobury Cresent come out and dump their houshold rubbish on the pavement. Admitedly they just added to the existing pile of rubbish.
Howver, it made me think/realise – they too have no rubbish bins for their flat(s).
Are their bins meant to be on the pavement?
Where are they suppost to put their rubbish?
Does anyone know?
