Feaces & More Rubbish Being Dumped

Both 1422 ( x 6 Flats) and 1416A (x 6 Flats) have no rubbish bins and are dumping their rubbish in the alleyway.

Right in front of the entry/exit to my flat. 

This dumping of rubbish attracts rats and foxes – and they shit all over the place. See shit images attached.

I will lose my shit one day and I am afraid someone will get hurt when I do – especially if I ever catch anyone in the act when they dump their rubbish in front of my entrance!
